5% off for returning customers. A further 5% off if you pay in full.
Deposits & balance
Bookings are confirmed once a 30% deposit is received. The balance is due 60 days before arrival. UK bank transfer, Thai bank transfer or PayPal by arrangement.
Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable, though you are free to cancel at any time. Date changes are possible subject to availability and any price difference.
Card payments
A 5% surcharge applies to all card payments — passed straight through from what Thai banks charge us, not a markup we add.
